LANA FARM 98 provides, prepares and develops the farms assigned to your
management service. You do not need to create or maintain the farm
accounts yourself.
02 Do I receive the farm account login? ⌄
No. Farm accounts remain operated by LANA FARM 98. Customers receive
access to the private Management Dashboard to monitor farm status,
resources and service records.
03 How often are my farms managed? ⌄
The standard service is designed for up to two management sessions per
game day, shown in the dashboard as M1 and M2. These are operational
windows and are not guaranteed to happen at an exact minute.
04 What is Management Balance? ⌄
Management Balance is your service credit. Each successfully completed
farm management uses 1 Management credit. Your dashboard shows the
balance used and the remaining Management Balance.
05 What does Latest RSS mean? ⌄
Latest RSS is the newest resource snapshot recorded for your managed
farms, including Wood, Food, Electricity and Zent. It helps you decide
when to collect, but it is not a guaranteed future resource balance.
06 Are the Management packages refundable? ⌄
Management packages are non-refundable. Completed service usage is
final. If you need help understanding the package before purchasing,
contact LANA FARM 98 first.
